It doesn’t matter if it’s a sentimental piece of jewelry, of little value, or an expensive item, a simple repair or an extensive service. It’s stressful for a customer to be separated from their jewelry." This was a statement our founder had heard his father repeat a thousand times.


Our founder did not set out to become a jeweler as his father had. “I may have grown up the son of a jeweler, but I had no patience or interest in becoming one. I went to college to study education and business administration. I wanted to make my mark in the business world.” And he did, becoming a successful businessman in New York early in life.


Fast-Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs has been open at the Chandler Fashion Mall since 2001 & Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall since 2002, celebrating over 25 years of service!


We are Expert Jewelry Appraisers with over 80 years + of experience appraising, buying and selling fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, fine collectibles, antiques & curios.   We have multiple GIA Graduate Gemologists on staff ready to serve your needs including retail replacement and fair market evaluations!

CREDIT CARD USES

www.fastfixarizona.com accepts the following credit cards:

Once the credit card is approved the total dollar amount of the order is allocated to the card.   Payment (transfer of funds) occurs at time of purchase. Please note if the amount charged exceeds the credit card limit, the order is automatically cancelled.  

If you would like to use two credit cards, you may place a phone order and let us know the amount to charge on each credit card - please call us at 480-994-8909 and leave a message if not during business hours.  We will process the order as you state over the phone and email you once processed.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is currently applied to orders which ship to an address in the sate of Arizona. Individual rates will be reflected during the order checkout process. For additional details please contact www.fastfixarizona.com

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.  If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on full price items accompanied by the original receipt for a refund or merchandise credit within 5 days of purchase.  All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.  For cash sales, a mail check will be issued within 14 days of the return.  For a gift, merchandise credit will be issued for the full value of the merchandise when accompanied by a gift receipt.  Custom orders or orders discounted more than 15% can only be returned for merchandise credit.  Deposits on custom orders are not refundable.

International Orders:  We are unable to offer free shipping on returns and exchanges.  Customs and other taxes on international returns must be fully paid by the customer before the return authorization is granted.

 

       Returns via Mail:

·         Fill out the return document in your original package, indicating the item(s) and your reason for return

·         Pack all item(s) in their original condition

·         Affix the included prepaid shipping label* to either the original, or similarly sturdy box

·         Ensure the box is free of additional labels or text

·         Securely and fully seal with shipping tape

·         Please allow up to three (3) weeks for processing. Once your return has been processed, please allow 2 to 3 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card.

      Returns At the Store:

·         Simply bring the packing slip and credit card you used when you placed your order to one of our stores during business hours.

·         Merchandise must be submitted for return in its original condition and accompanied by the pertinent sales receipt. Sized merchandise and special orders can not be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges By Mail:

·         Fill out the return document in your original package, indicating the item(s) and your reason for return

·         Include the name of the replacement/exchange piece and Item$ located on the site

·         If the new item exceeds the original total, include payment information

·         Pack all item(s) in their original condition.

·         Affix the included prepaid shipping label* to either the original, or similarly sturdy box

·         Ensure the box is free of additional labels or text

·         Securely and fully seal with shipping tape
